Neal Naidoo builds products where investment decisions meet clean data and good engineering. He leads Investment Platform Solutions at Rimes, focused on delivering the next generation of investment management platform capabilities at scale, working closely across AI and enterprise data management to turn messy reality into usable, governed, decision-ready signals. Before Rimes, Neal spent ~20 years in capital markets roles spanning financial engineering, quantitative analytics and data science, building and leading teams that ship real products (not just slide decks) across multiple asset classes. Outside of “day job” delivery, Neal’s happy place is the intersection of systems, data, and curiosity: rapid prototypes in notebooks, dashboards that tell the truth, and ML experiments that earn their keep.
